The 23 1/2 bid price showed on my Quotrek, but it was after the Dow had gone to -554. I don't know how quickly trading was halted. Then IOM came up to 23 7/8 bid a couple of minutes later. It could be bad data, I've seen other erroneous data on my Quotrek before. As I type this message Quotrek is now showing IOM at 24 9/16 ask. Your guess is at least as good as mine.

jeff, there are a few afterhours trades in the $24 range, these could be meaningless. low to average volume on many stocks, yet a free fall.
