I used to take that green powder stuff. Got away from it. Can't remember why. I think there's still some in the back of a closet I haven't gotten around to throwing away. Might be a good idea to revisit it. The idea of it, not the actual stuff still in my closet.

Currently I eat seaweed as one of my daily veggies.

That is some expensive whey but when you find one that suits you it's worth sticking with it.

I've been having two whey drinks a day for about a month now, seems easier to recover from workouts, my bum rotator cuff doesn't complain so much.
