I phoned to inquire about something else about 1 month ago and the girl I spoke with kept asking me if I had been "kicked off the Website". Here's my favorite: I called to complain about the server being inaccesible and another girl I spoke to told me, "The Web is very crowded today"!!!!!!! I guess I should be thankful that she didn't get an attitude and insult me. Been there, done that. Missed the last 1/2 hour of trading today thanks to ETRADE's f**ked up service. E*TARD uses that euphemism to indicate that they are completely overmatched. Today they threw in the towel at the opening bell. Now they've disappeared. Your problem isn't in your computer, it's in your head - thinking you have an on-line broker. Ben
