That isn't applying the law you idiot! That is simply contacting someone. They are under no obligation to take her calls or follow her requests.

In the application of law, she has no power and actually no authority with the exception of making her budget for her office.

You must somehow believe the individual congress people, both assembly and senate have authority to administer the law.

That makes you a dork or a liar.
