Same as a social worker advocates LOL You are an ASS!... There is no force of the law in her communications. It is all pleas and recommendations. I could do that as well. What in the hell does that have to do with being a United States Supreme Court Justice? She advocates on behalf of the constituent - the same as a lawyer advocates for a client. You just dig deeper and deeper. lol
