Are you sure it is Rove.

I believe Rove did the voice over, the media was making a deal of it at the time. IMO South Park is mostly unfunny.

It was Karl Rove. The show was American Dad.

Rove himself delights in the media's portrayal of him as a diabolical mastermind. And he didn't even have to try all that hard. Just play on the overactive imagination of liberals.
