The missing story is all Bush bull shit which was used to con the people into his invasion. Except that the missing tons of chem wx were well documented during the inspection process.

Blitz showed there were no WMD period..... He didn't and couldn't have without searching every square inch of the country. Fact is there were unaccounted for WMD's - which is why the Clintons and their defense people all supported the war at the time. Hell, even Gore did. If there were WMD, we've been there about 6 years now, where the hell are they or where did they go?? I'm not even arguing Saddam had wmd's in 2003. Nor am I sure he didn't. But the issue is what we knew in 2003 and what we didn't know. if he had them why didn't he use them against us????? Cheney and Rummy said they knew where they were. Possibly he was afraid to. Possibly our aerial bombardment destroyed whatever they had during the war. POssibly he had none at the time. Who knows? However the fact is he was planning on rebuilding his WMD arsenal after sanctions were removed.
