In spite of you lie to the contrary, the S&P was down 40% for the Bush presidency.

It seems it was Bush who scared the hell out of investors.

Compare that to Clinton who saw the S&P triple while he was in office, or even Obama who now sees a 12.5% gain for his time as President...
