Agree that taste is very important, have to find something you like. The whey should leave you feeling comfortably full for hours, experiment with your intake, start at the recommended dose, adjust downwards if a full serving makes you feel too full. Be warned though that this stuff gets you going, it's more of a morning, midday thing. Would advise not taking at the same time as trying to fall asleep. Depending on your timing it might help to "extend" your dinner into a more long lasting satiety. For sleep issues there are other more effective supplements. One more thing to keep in mind is that if the beneficial effects don't start appearing after a few weeks, it might be a sign of more deeply compromised hormonal system esp. thyroid and adrenal complex ergo another basis for looking further into the status of these very important systems.
