Please note that lying or lacking a conscience is not associated directly with FAS as indicated by the list. However, the last four items in combination with an alcoholic parent would make a child very high risk for turning into an unconscionable liar as an adult. Usually, family services are indicated in that circumstance. Although Shepard does seem to be a product of the system, (victim personality) he does not seem to have benefitted from services. It was just a question after all, not an allegation.
