Yes, Obama has faced great crises and choices already: the meltdown of the economy, "He has injected a huge shot of adrenilen into a very sick patient." Nothing he has done is good for the long term health of the patient. "the bailout of the Detroit automobile companies," This is not an issue faced - it is an issue in process costing huge amounts of money. "the release of the Bush-era memorandums on torture." This was an issue created not faced. It is a huge disaster imo. His grade is very incomplete.
