When Kenneth admits he is wrong, which happened once in the last few years, people go on about their business. He makes cutting remarks and receives them in return. Kenneth's recent comments of Barbara Boxer being a good candidate for USSC are an example of stupidity in the first order.

His continuing defence of Boxer by saying she has more experience than the present Justice's is absurd. His claim that writing people or agencies on behalf of constituents is applying the law is laughable as is his contention that such activities qualify her for USSC is not only laughable, but an insult to the citizens.

It demonstrates that Kenneth has no understanding of the constitutional responsibilities of the Supreme Court and would have anyone appointed who appeared liberal.

If there is any subject on this board that should be explored, it is how liberals get the idea that Supreme Court Justices should ignore the very constitution that they are supposed to interpret.

Just my thoughts. However, I do so much enjoy correcting kenneth, someone who should know better. :^)
