wow - that's very serious stuff. Has Weiss or Asensio published any type of response?

G'morning rrufff,
Not to my knowledge...
Fwiw, the only comments to Manfredonia's article that I have seen were the six that were posted as a direct response to his piece and which I have pasted below.

Subject: Investigate The SEC
Comment: Mr. Manfredonia:

Thanks for your article which I have forwarded to my U.S. Senator Jack Reed who sits on the Senate Banking Committee pointing out that some at the SEC should no doubt be facing RICO charges and asking him to call for an investigation. Please continue in your efforts and know that many would like to see the corruption cleaned up.

Subject: THE SEC NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED.
Comment: Thank you for this article. I feel that Cox and all reporters involved need to be brought up on charges for aiding and abetting Wall Street in their illegal activities. Huge fines need to be placed on the Hedge funds and market makers for all the naked shorting. The DTCC is also to blame for not saying something about all of the fake shares that companies trade on a daily basis. The DTCC are crooks as well. Too much greed! These people are robbing us blind and we will not do anything

the above three sites alone already have enough information and have had it for years upon years about the failures of the S.E.C that would crash the whistleblower site. it really floors me how STILL the S.E.C. and others want to pretend they are doing something. the federal law enforcement folks need to start kickin as* and taking names.

Subject: x-clearing
Comment: Dear Edward Manfredonia,
Since you have experience as a trader does the term x-clearing exist and if so does it refer to brokers kiting shares among each other to avoid covering naked shorts sales by restarting the T-3 or T-x rule and keeping the naked shares in limbo as long as the brokers have an agreement to do so? I'm just curious becasue i don't see this term in any financial news describing problems in our trading system.

Thanks,
Randolph Raum

Subject: Crooked Reporters
Comment: Great Article. When do you think some of these reporters will be indicted? I have watched the demeaning posts of Antar, Weiss, Schneider, Norris et.al. for years and have always been amazed how the inept SEC stands by and does absolutely nothing. Stunning. Good job in outing these miscreants. Keep up the good work.
