Is she on the short list? It is a terrible thing if she is. She seems to think she is a cute and actually reinforced her comment. The fact that she got chuckles at a Law School's audience is disturbing. I do however, wonder if there was further discussion after the remarks on that clip.

That short clip demonstrates quite starkly the divide between the liberal/progressive view of the courts and the conservative view. She realized she'd voiced words in public that they'd rather keep behind the curtain.
