You were irate at all Bush's "spending", yet Bush's spending has turned out to be a tiny fraction of what Obama has already wasted in his first go around. The reality is you're a socialist, just like Obama. You want the government to control you because you can't control yourself. Many of us, I would venture all the more conservative types on this thread, don't want or need government to run our lives for us. You, tejek, Al, Michael, and the others -- you guys can't run your own lives so you want someone to do it for you. It is personal independence versus the nanny state. You need a nanny, I don't. And I don't want to pay for yours.
