You have to remember that when they finish high school there are no decent jobs available, and without that piece of paper there never will be.

No kidding...I did my first two years at a community college...transferable credits...in the end got the same piece of paper at half the price of admission. Still wasn't any jobs to be had..

A lot of people. College tracking is a whole subculture in which kids start prepping for Harvard or Stanford from younger than ten years old.

Its hard to imagine a bigger waste of one's younger years.
