You have to have a very high tolerance for boredom, IMO, to work with these children. I don't see how anyone does it. It is repetition, over and over, time and again, and progress is almost imperceptible to those who don't know what they're looking for.

It is one of the great pleasures of my life, however, to see my daughter making the difference she is. Not only in working with these kids, but in training professionals on how to effectively treat this disorder.

You think the above comment is not one without merit? Interesting.......you get all upset when a teacher says your daughter is ADD but then you think its fine when someone says an autistic child is faking it and is simply a brat. The professional's comment you condemn while praising the ignoramous's. Why am I not surprised.
