That's just the nature of the agency. Success hardly ever gets reported, but failures are exposed big time. But I wasn't happy with the way the CIA was used to drum up the WMD story before we went into Iraq. Nor am I happy with the political bureaucracy that continues to exist in the CIA. Tenchusatsu
