It may short term. It's essentially the exchange ratio people object to. SST is valued at 5xCF. SLW is at 10xCF.
Add to this the recent very positive CS Minto gold/silver results and the offer becomes even less attractive.
SLW will likely get the deal but not unless they up the offer.
Just my take ...
