To me the insurance industry's recent statements on insuring the sick and now women are a pretty big change... I didn't say it addresses the issue of health care costs. It's pretty obvious Obama's plans are already forcing the insurance companies to start offering concessions on 'customer insurability'. Didn't see much of that during the Bush years. His signature statement was 'go to the emergency room'.. By the way, nice to see you on the real estate crash thread, I see you received a warm reception for the most part <ggg>.

Not just superficial.

Its relative rates being set by government pressure. That's negative, not superficially positive.
