Not done yet... the Reps tried to expand them. Which is needed to help our companies to do better exporting goods. Obama cannot even talk without a teleprompter. You must have missed his press conferences and town halls. Yeah, constant stammering, then he quickly looks at the propter and away and gives a semi intelligent answer. Well you can understand what he says. Bush simply misspoke a few words or messed up his grammar on occasion. He was not the best speaker in the world but at least he spoke well enough without a teleprompter to show he could think on his feet. With Obama it's a constant stammering without meaning.
