Not a problem, it was just getting irritating to make a comment about a man's credentials and suddenly finding myself getting all these posts that seemed to think I wanted to defend K's POV. Perhaps I should have said on the political threads. I don't know Mish and I am sure we have a couple of- maybe many- strong economists who are able to understand a great deal about it all posting on investment threads. But not many on the political threads. I place myself right at the bottom of that pile of economic ignorance, which is why I follow no one and took exception to being accused of knowing enough to chose a side. I have no idea if doing nothing at all would have destroyed the economy, and we are being saved, or we are only postponing destruction, and doing nothing would have worked. Nor do I think very many of the people throwing stones at the other side have a clue. At least Mish seems to have been on the right side of the prediction. But for several years, havne't we been seeing that prediction in many places? (I know Mme and I both bought bear funds way too early. )
