You do know that most public speakers use a teleprompter when speaking for more than a couple of minutes.

And most only use notes on the teleprompter to remind them of things they want to say, not always the entire speech. Or they only use it for certain speech's but not all of them. And when asked questions they don't say Uhhh, on every other word.
