Dig this. Several years ago a huge blue ribbon commission did a study on pot for the prime minister of England. Pot got a clean bill of health.

The commission also said a couple of other things.

Pot should not be juxtapositioned with meth and other uppers in terms of criminality. Called it dangerous.

It also said mentally ill should not smoke pot. I agree. But interestingly they also said (this is true) that pot strengthens the heart as well as exercise.

Pot stimulates the heart at first and then turns into a sedative. 90% of effects of pot are gone in 90 minutes. Alcohol does just the opposite. Starts out as a sedative and then is more stimulating. Why people wake up in the middle of the night after drinking.
