Like GITMO, this is a far more complex problem than they're making it out to be. And they're bracketing it with some misleading statements along the way to make it seem a little more necessary than it is.

Mostly it loses site of the fact -- one which liberals do not comprehend -- that corporations do not pay income taxes. Their customers pay them. It is a fundamental premise of economics that the corporate income tax is simply a tax on the customers of the corporation.

So, if they increase corporate income taxes, they increase taxes on the little guys whom they claimed would not be taxed further.

If anyone is taking advantage of a loophole, it is Obama.
