today's announcement "Silicon Graphics targets Malaysia corridor" is quite a bold stratigy. biz.yahoo.com with all the other apprehention and anxiety, targeting Malaysia while the rest of the financial community is pointing to it as a trouble spot, is indeed daring.

and statements such as "In response, SGI looked to expanding sales to big companies in need of mainframe computers to run basic business processes, but found traditional companies such as IBM firmly entrenched in the market." IMHO get to the heart of the matter.

FWIW: Current issue of Worth magazine included SGI in their "ten stocks to consider" column, giving it a fair value of $25.
