The .23 is based on the weighted average number of shares outstanding. Because the new shares were not issued until late in the quarter, they had little impact on the 3rd quarter eps. Just finished with the conference call. Very positive. Hope to see some upward earnings revisions, and additional coverage.

Zacks consensus was $0.22. I'm glad I'm not the only one who jumped in and bought more MRVC today. Hopefully in a few weeks we'll look a lot smarter than the people who sold today.

Yesterday we went out and bought a new 32" TV to replace our 20" so we could see better from the new couch my wife bought Saturday, causing the TV viewing stations to be moved back about 10 feet. I couldn't believe she fell for the comment "now we'll need a bigger set so we can see." A huge line of thunderstorms started rumbling through about midnight and I got up to unplug the new TV. Not being used to the new size and weight I promptly dumped it right on my toes, corner first. Its amazing how much that pain has tempered the pain from the market fall today. I guess I was already numb and maybe a little dopey from pain medication. Its a good thing I had to pick up my daughter at the airport at 2:25 so I wasn't tempted to buy more when the market started dropping precipitously after 2.

Hoping for a turn around tomorrow but not holding my breath. Seth, I hope your fortuitous short on OXHP balanced out some of the losses I suspect you experienced in other parts of your portfolio.

Good luck to all of us tomorrow,
Bob
