Don't know if this is the top, a top, or if we are in the midst of a uber rally to 1000SP but I opened my first short position in over a month today.

I tend to agree but even if today isn't the top, it is close enough. The stocks are going to drop like a rock when the turn comes.

Do you mean the top for today? Or the top of this two-month rally?

I still think there's way too much money trying to play catch-up that will buy any dip. Especially since our financial system is now in order.

Weakness in PALM, AMZN, and V were what clued me in.
They'd usually be the first on the dance floor.
Let's see if they have enough ammo in conjunction with the leaky stress test results(softened blow) to carry it through tomorrow.
Lordy knows they are trying.

Will it roll over, as much equity has been "successfully" placed? Or shall we get ready for yet another wicked run? Sell off, based on Meredith, and other news, is steep, particularly in some funancials (-4), but volumeless.
