Clinton didn't take anything seriously except for his bent dick, which according to court witnesses was the size of a thumb(smallest dick president of all time).

Newt took the deficit seriously

The big tax cut of 1997, which Clinton signed into law, suggests otherwise.

Not to mention the big real estate tax break that Clinton passed in either 1997 or 1998 (I forget which year).

OMG, Clinton did the opposite of what Keynes would have advocated!
