It has? I haven't seen it. Are you able to provide the evidence from research that established that fact?

I believe there are obstructionists but I have my doubts about your statement. You are going to have to back it up (with the proof) if you expect to have any credibility on this thread.

There isn't a dime's worth of difference....on any score between the Repubs and Dems..... on their tactics or approach when they are not the party in power.

When dems are in power, Repubs. "obstruct" and when Repubs. are in power Dems "obstruct"....that's they way it is and always has been.
