The magic word is margin Yup!!! And where there are signs of chinks in the armor the sell orders come. There is much more of a drop to come that's for sure. My guess is that a lot of the small investors with margined stocks have not sold yet. Plus a lot of institutional selling is left. Who's going to be the white knight? Just saw that Hong Kong is being murdered this Tuesday... I would not be surprised to see another 550+ point fall in the DOW today... there are absolutely no buyers in the market these days... and looking out we still have capital gains selling under the new laws... I think we are in the throes of a selling frenzy and it's not going to be over until something fundamental changes - Greenspan might provide a bit of a respite on Wed. but considering that I thinkg the market is still grossly overvalued the market will fall further.
