There is also a massive surplus of housing right now, much of it in the middle of nowhere. Cash strapped municipalities are also going to be forced to raise property taxes soon.

BC - Did you follow through and get on the dark side of the clothing stocks...ROST, AEO, etc??? I opened a little against AEO today. Wish I had given it to ROST with both barrels a couple of days back.
