IMO, the Repubs should not oppose this one...just trading one liberal for another....it would be a wasted effort.

Well, for openers, they need a little practice on how to fight aggressively for what they believe in.

But secondly, I think we have to wait and see who the nominee is. Souter is bad liberal, but I would not be at all surprised to see him to the left of Ginsberg.
