"No attribution...no indication who invoked cloture, the issues involved, etc..." The data is public. You can challenge it on that basis. Exactly what you are complaining about here is not clear. It is a fact, that the number of filibusters, or to be more precise the number of cloture votes, has increased greatly since the Republicans became the minority party. You should have at least some idea of what the issues before the Senate were the past couple of years. As of July of last year, the Republicans were up to 80 times that a vote of cloture had been taken. That number hasn't gone down.
