Doesn't "intent" play some role in the supposed "war crimes" debate. If collateral deaths were to be counted in such a manner, Mr. Bush would be in quite "deep". Come now, let's all get serious. Here's the quote from the article about past actions of a similar type...not on Obama's watch. The US has killed hundreds of Afghan civilians in similar incidents in recent years, causing widespread public anger and severe criticism from Afghan President Hamid Karzai.
