I would find a "anti-aging" or "MD-DO" for my primary care.

I have identified one I plan to see at some point to see what she has to offer but not necessarily for primary care. The one I found happens to be a bariatric specialist and GP. I also found a group with a bunch of doctors of undetermined specialty. Their approach seems more spa-like than medical. The former might be suitable for primary care, the latter not so much.

I went to a DO once. By boutique GP/acupuncturist sent me. Can't recall what for. Guy was too new agey for my comfort level. Weirded me out. You would not have liked him. Right brained twinkie.

I finally realized early this year that I did not want to consult a Cardiologist unless I needed a procedure.

I don't know how you would know you needed a procedure unless you first saw a cardiologist. Maybe if your primary care physician were an internist. A GP would refer you before things got that far. A DO, dunno.
