There is NO WAY they are out already but there is definitely distribution occurring. The Treasury auction derailed their plans early.

There was a guy on CNBC about an hour ago who was asked about what he thought about the current selloff. With a panicked look on his face he tersely said "this is a blip, we are going up".

Look out below and beware the bagholders.
