LMAO....not only did they get sucked into the housing bubble....they got the shaft from chinese drywall. Those new houses are all trash, IMHO....a strong storm will blow those fackers down....cheap azz wood, chinese drywall, squeaking floors, leaking roofs, flimsy vinyl siding on 1/4 acre lots, hee hee. ;-)
