Defending failure is a losing strategy, or should i say excuses are for losers.

No one has to make excuses for FDR, we won WWII.

But you losers have to make excuses for Bush because he failed so badly in his response to Katrina.

Why would it matter if Bush was in NO ????

You need to find the answer to that question. In that way, you may begin to understand why the Rs are the outlier party.
