Too much money flowing into the market for a big crash to occur! 401k's are tax free, people are going to continue to pump money into those and give money to fund managers. The market may go down some more, as it certainly should. However the really big one should occur around dow 20,000. This correction is certainly needed. however, i'm sure dell and compaq shareholders are still satisfied. 10% in one day, it will still take another 5 days before their gains are goine. sg
