I wonder if the data is wrong I suppose that's always a possibility. But you'd think that the USDA has enough experience doing this that they would get the measurements right. I suppose it could be politicized but, if it were, I would expect that to leak out. Feds tend to be earnest about their work and rebel against it being politicized. Looking at it abstractly, that similar fat content contains similar Omega 6 should not be entirely unexpected. You and I didn't expect it because we were lead to believe otherwise.
