BC, i got a pretty good entry into SRS. once you know the scam, you can use it to your advantage.

my big play is to refi with cash out - so i have lots of money for the next 30 years at 4.75%.

when rates hit 15%, i will be upgrading into an inexpensive nicer home with cash - while everyone else is paying 15% on their mortgage.

you can just imagine what 15% in a bad economy will do to housing prices.

that's when i buy. now i have a couple assets to inflate when the economy recovers - and if nothing else, i'll get rental money from my current home.

you can't change the game, but you can try and understand it and survive within the major screwing all little people take.

I watch the futures every morning about 3 hours before the markets open they pump em up. All part of the gov't propaganda machine. And best of all they're using our money.
