Actually, last I heard, the judge isn't going along with the senior creditors. It could wind up that if they had accepted the administrations deal they would have been better off.

That explains it. Obviously you don't know what you are talking about.

Frankly, I like a gov't that takes an aggressive position in these negotiations instead of letting the private sector walk all over it. Obama did nothing dishonest.

He undermined just about every rule there is, regarding contracts, bankruptcy, honoring property claims. Basis the economy stands on.
