"Confiscating private property, distributing it to its political supporters..." Which isn't what is happening. This is Fox-like spin. That isn't particularly helpful. "Opinion of one person, the judge, with 100 of possible reasons not to stand up in front of a fast moving tank?" Try to make sense. The judge has no reason to reflexively back the administration. He does have an interest in doing what is best for the stakeholders. That is his job.

In fact, given that the bankruptcy judge is siding with the administration, it doesn't look like they are too far off base. Opinion of one person, the judge, with 100 of possible reasons not to stand up in front of a fast moving tank? Is that what puts your mind at ease? I guess you hadn't heard. The judge was told to do it the Obama way or not at all. Now why don't you post that on a winger blog. You can claim you heard from an anonymous source high up in the judiciary system.
