The PENSION FUND is the largest debtor of all. (And if you want to force, what is it?, a half million or so?, pensioners to go to court INDIVIDUALLY to get their pensions out of the company: A) you will have riots in the streets and B) it would take a generation and there won't be anything left to pay the pensions at the end of the day.... Better just to strike a match and burn it all down to the ground right now....) Not to mention, (of course), that you would be tearing up well-established federal bankruptcy law....
