Saw that.

hey, i'm all for helping out the poor. But, the welfare thingie is severely twisted here.

California is the poster child of welfare abuse by da latinos. they can work the system like you can't believe.

Hawaii same way.

Last night a guy in the southern end of the Island found a Hawaiian dude robbing his legal patch in the back yard greenhouse at 10pm. Took out his 12g and gave him 2 shots. guy stumbled off and died down on the Hiway. Homeowner arrested by the hawaiian po-lice for murder.

Now, this area is noted for robberies, armed and otherwise. Very rural, lots of ice heads. In fact, the County has been running ads on local TV and radio warning the area residents not to leave their homes unattended because the robberies are off the chart.

I have no doubt the 44 yr old burglar has a string of arrests. But the judges just give them chance after chance. One guy on Oahu just got arrested for his third murder and he isn't 50 years old. he did time twice at a 7 years sentence but out both times after 3 years with good behavior.

This poor haole last night protecting his home will get 20 to life minimum. A haole on Oahu killed a Japanese tourist and just got a 150 year sentence. Justice be a tad bit racial in Hawaii.

One other thought...small businesses are the concern..not the big boys. Small business owner goes under and get no assistance at all.

Holder says he approved Clinton-era renditions

Under fire from Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee Thursday, Attorney General Eric Holder revealed that he had approved of rendition — essentially, legalized kidnapping — apparently more than once during his tenure as President Bill Clinton’s deputy attorney general.

Cautioning Holder that any potential investigation into the Bush administration’s torture program could result in Democrats being roped in, “Lamar Alexander of Tennessee and Richard Shelby of Alabama pressed Holder on the CIA’s ‘rendition’ program that moved terrorism suspects from one country to another,” reported Domenico Montanaro with MSNBC.

“Didn’t that happen during the Clinton administration?

“Yes, Holder said.

“‘How many did you approve?’ they asked.

“Holder said he’d check the record.”
