I'm shocked no one took the lead with VNDA or that smaller company with royalties to VNDA. I'm sure I won't be leading in December since my picks are moving like Mexican jumping beens but its nice to be on top for a while. This year has been much more enjoyable than last year(at least for me).

5/15/09 update
The Bulls took a little snooze last week and the Nasdaq Composite Index closed Friday up 6.91% CYTD, or Contest Year To Date, (vs. up 10.65% CYTD a week ago). The Nasdaq Biotech Index held up a bit better, closing the week down -5.85% CYTD (vs. down -5.12% CYTD a week ago) while the Contest median gave back most of the prior week's gains, closing down -4.45% CYTD (vs. down -.45% CYTD a week ago).
With the help of TKM.TO, GENE's portfolio took back first place with GEORGIA's portfolio slipping back into second and RKRW's portfolio remaining in the No. 3 position. The end of the week CYTD percentages are: GENE up 54.76%, GEORGIA up 44.37% and RKRW up 43.13%.
