" But this is the assumption that I am challenging."

You are being hysterical.

"He has his physical and political life at stake if he challenges the Thugs (UAW + Obama administration)."

This is loony. Pure, unadulterated loon material.

The Chrysler bankruptcy is an unconscionable thievery, where the victims have been bought (by TARP) or bullied into not even asserting their rightful claims.

You are exactly right. I cannot imagine how anyone who understands these transactions can support it, unless you happen to be a beneficiary.

I don't understand these claims that Obama isn't behaving like a fascist. These are precisely the kinds of actions one expects out of fascism.

The judge is only a human, and if he folds, I can understand. He has his physical and political life at stake if he challenges the Thugs (UAW + Obama administration).

Obama is anything but a thug. What is making you behave so irrationally?
