David, How do you maintain the integrity of debt markets if you can't be assured of the seniority of the debt when you buy it? Makes no sense in a country with rule of law, where contracts are respected. Maybe we don't live in such country any more. It is beyond belief to me that this process is legal and could be upheld in a court of law. Even a bankruptcy court has to have respect for the seniority of debt or the entire system collapses. See the above. That assumes rule of law and integrity of the court system. Joe
