If the Chrysler situation turns out to be the one and only case, I will concede that I was overreacting. But if Chrysler is well thought out policy of the administration, a precedent, then I hope you will give me credit for my foresight. Joe, it is an abuse of the office. However it turns out, this is nasty Chicago politics on a national scale. And I don't think for a minute this is the end of it. (I had to laugh just then, as Krauthammer said, "I'm outraged out". It summarizes my feelings exactly).
